SHIPPING POLICY

Our store offers two types of products:

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Instant Download)
- All PNG clipart, stock photos, and watercolor designs are delivered instantly upon purchase
- No physical shipping required
- Download available immediately in your account
- Non-refundable after download (digital assets cannot be returned due to intellectual property protection)

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS (Physical Delivery via Gelato)
Our print-on-demand line includes:
✓ Art Prints
✓ Tote Bags
✓ Greeting Cards
✓ T-Shirts

Shipping is calculated automatically based on:
- Product type (art print vs. tote bag, etc.)
- Destination country/region
- Gelato's fulfillment network

Estimated delivery: 5-14 business days depending on location and product type

IMPORTANT: We do NOT offer print-on-demand for mugs, breakable items, or other fragile products due to damage-in-transit risk.
